The company celebrating twenty years in business was founded in March of 1999 by Henry Moses and Jeff Pace.

Jeff began working in the environmental field in 1986, and Henry in 1987. They joined forces to build a business built on honesty and integrity so they could provide exemplary services to both commercial and residential customers.

The company was formed with people they knew they could trust and they have always treated the staff like family.
Both Jeff’s son Jonathan and daughter Kaila are involved in the business. Jonathan holds many of the required certifications and is in a management role. Kaila assists in preparing estimates, payroll support, and marketing.

Henry’s two nephews are currently working in the company, William Percival who has been with the company more than twelve years in various supervisory roles, and Jason Percival who is also a lead supervisor in the field and one of our most versatile key people.
Speaking of family, both Jeff and Henry became proud grandfathers in the past couple of years. Everyone enjoys sharing in the pictures and visits from the grandchildren.

Kurt Vadi, our Operations Manager has been with the company for more than ten years currently assists in the estimating process, meets with clients, coordinates the staff for work assignments, and keeps the warehouse supplies stocked and ready for transport to the job site.

The Office Staff consists of Office Manager, Deb Curran who is celebrating ten years of service, and Rhonda Ricker, Administrative Assistant, who has been with the company for twelve years and answers the phone when you call the Office. Both are happy to assist you with anything you may need.

Our newest member of the Office is Marisela Avila, who is supporting payroll and assisting with the day to day accounting and various other very important tasks. Behind the scenes is Dottie Hatstat who has performed the final steps of the payroll process for the past six years. Jorge Ulloa, former Onsite Supervisor, who has been with the the company since 1999 was the first person to retire from the company this June of 2019. He was an incredible asset to the company and we wish him all the best health, happiness, and prosperity. At one time his father “Papa” and his son Yelmis were part of the staff and were very dedicated key people in the field.
